I have been running DD-WRT on my WRT3200ACM for about half a year. I'm starting to question the wisdom of using DD-WRT at all. There is nothing enterprise about features that are shaky and poorly documented. All too often you’ll bogged down for hours trying to rescue things, doing even simple things, like upgrading an add-on. In general, Tomato and its derivatives are for Broadcom routers. OpenWRT generally has more active development and is a more organized project than DD-WRT, but at the moment the LEDE fork of OpenWRT may be an even better option for a router as new as the WRT3200ACM. All 2019 builds of DD-WRT work perfectly on the WRTX32. There is a slight difference in the installation procedure from the norm, as you have to flash twice, once to get off stock and then again to load the full version of DD-WRT.
